A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour of the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid, if any. If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount. Nimeyah reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer. Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be issued store credit for the adjusted amount and you can use it in your subsequent shopping.
